Andrew is a wireless communications engineer with a broad interest from signal processing to network analysis. He completed his BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh in 2010. He worked as an Electronic Warfare Engineer at Edwards Air Force Base from 2010 to 2012. He joined the University of Texas at Austin in 2012 where he researched mmWave networks at the PHY and MAC layers. He received the MS in ECE in 2014 and will complete the PhD in 2017. During his time at UT, he was a visiting researcher at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and completed an internship with National Instruments and AT&T Labs.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys hiking with his dog Shadowfax, serious board gaming, and cycling.
